Ингредиенты

1/2 c. minced onion 1/2 c. sliced celery 1 teaspoon butter 3 c. sliced yellow squash

1 c. zucchini 1 c. minced, cooked chicken 2 tbsp. water 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Инструкции

1. Saute/fry onion and celery in butter in large skillet till tender. Stir in squash and remaining ingredients. Cover and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 8-10 min or possibly till vegetables are tender. Serves 4.
