  • 2 tsp Garlic pwdr

  3. NOTES :Note: Nutritional yeast comes in flakes or possibly pwdr. Pwdr is more concentrated than flakes so if you use pwdr, reduce the amount called for in the recipe by half. 0 fat per Tbsp..
