Ингредиенты

  • 4 lb Frying chicken pcs
  • 1 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
  • 1 x Onion, chopped
  • 2 x Cloves garlic, chopped
  • 6 x Peppercorns
  • 1/2 lb Chorizo sausage
  • 2 c. Chicken broth
  • 10 ounce Can tomatoes and green chilies
  • 3 x Carrots, diced
  • 7 x Inch zucchini, diced
  • 1/4 c. Raisins
  • 3 whl jalapeno peppers
  • 1 whl orange, halved and thinly sliced

  1. In Dutch oven, saute/fry chicken pcs in vegetable oil till browned; remove and set aside. Pour off all but 2 Tbsp. grease from pan. Add in onion, garlic, and peppercorns. Remove sausage from casing, add in to onion mix and saute/fry for 5 to 7 min; drain off grease. Add in chicken broth and tomatoes; simmer, uncovered till sauce is reduced by a third. Return chicken to mix. Cover and simmer 20 min. Add in carrots and cook for 5 min. Add in zucchini, raisins, and peppers; cook for an additional 10 min or possibly till chicken is tender and vegetables are crisp-tender. Garnish with orange slices to bring out the sweetness of the raisins.
