Ингредиенты

  • 240 gm Boneless chicken
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. Ginger garlic paste
  • 1/2 Tbsp. Garam Masala
  • 1/2 Tbsp. Turmeric pwdr
  • 1 Tbsp. Red chilli paste
  • 2 x Green chillies, up to 3
  • 1 Tbsp. Soy sauce
  • 1/4 bn Coriander leaves
  • 3 Tbsp. Corn flour
  • 2 Tbsp. Lowfat yoghurt Sufficient oil to deep fry Salt, to taste
  • 1 x Onion
  • 1 x Lemon
  • 4 x Cloves garlic, minced Curry leaves

Инструкции

  1. Dice the chicken into small cubes and the onions. Shred the green chillies and chop the coriander leaves.
  2. Marinate the chicken with the spices, ginger garlic paste, minced curry leaves, soy sauce, red chilli paste, lowfat yoghurt, lemon juice and corn flour.
  3. Heat the oil in a pan or possibly wok. Fry the marinated cubes of chicken till they are tender and cooked. Heat half a Tbsp. of oil in a pan and add in the minced garlic and onions and fry for a few seconds.
  4. Then add in the shredded green chillies and curry leaves and toss together in the pan.
  5. Serve with a tomato chilli sauce and garnish with coriander leaves.
