Ингредиенты

  • 227 1/2 gm Chick peas (dry) or possibly
  • 400 gm Chick peas (canned)
  • 1/2 x Green pepper
  • 1/2 x Red pepper
  • 1/2 x Green chilli
  • 1/2 x Onion
  • 1/2 x Garlic clove
  • 1 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 Tbsp. Minced parsley
  • 1/2 tsp Sea salt
  • 227 1/2 gm Tomatoes

Инструкции

  1. Chop the peppers, onions, garlic and tomatoes.
  2. Lightly fry the peppers, onion and garlic in the extra virgin olive oil for a few min.
  3. Add in the parsley, tomatoes and salt and cook on a low heat for abouthalf an hour, stirring, occasionally, till te omtos are pulped.
  4. Combine this with the cooked chick peas and serve, either with rice
