- 1 (3 ounce.) pkg. raspberry gelatin
- 2 c. boiling water
- 1 (21 ounce.) can cherry pie filling
- 1 (3 ounce.) pkg. lemon gelatin
- 1/2 c. whipping cream
- 1 (3 ounce.) pkg. soft cream cheese
- 1/3 c. mayonnaise
- 1 (8 3/4 ounce.) can undrained crushed pineapple
- 1 c. miniature marshmallows
- 2 tbsp. minced pecans
Инструкции
- Dissolve raspberry gelatin in one c. of boiling water. Stir in pie filling. Pour this mix into 9 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish and refrigeratetill partially set. Dissolve lemon gelatin in remaining boiling water. Beat together the whipping cream, cream cheese and mayonnaise. Gradually add in the lemon gelatin. Mix with pineapple and marshmallows. Spread on top of cherry layer and sprinkle with nuts. Refrigeratetill set.
