  • 1 x (21 ounce) can cherry pie filling
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp grnd cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp grnd cloves
  • 1 x (16 ounce) can peach slices, liquid removed
  • 1 x egg Lowfat milk
  • 1 1/2 c. biscuit mix

Инструкции

  1. In a 10 inch skillet, combine first 5 ingredients. Add in peaches; bring to a boil. Place egg in a 1 c. measuring c.; add in sufficient lowfat milk to equal 1/2 c..
  2. Place biscuit fold in a bowl; stir in lowfat milk mix with a fork just till moistened. Drop by six spoonfuls over top of boiling fruit. Simmer, uncovered, for 10 min; cover and simmer 10 min longer or possibly till dumplings test done.
  3. Sprinkle with cinnamon if you like. Serve hot with whipped cream if you like.
  4. Yield: 6 servings.
