Cheesy Frittata is an easy and quick to assemble recipe for a delicious breakfast or brunch. (Note: See bottom of this recipe for optional Mini-Frittatas directions.). - Preheat oven to 350° F.
- Beat together the whole eggs, egg whites and water with a whisk in a medium siaxe bowl until blended.
- Stir in 1/2 cup of the cheese, tomatoes, bacon and basil. Pour into a greased 9-inch pie plate.
- Bake 25 minutes or until puffed and golden brown. Sprinkle with remaining cheese; bake an additional 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Cut into 6 equal sized servings.
