- 1/2 pt (250ml) double (heavy) cream
- 1/2 pt (250ml) lowfat sour cream
- 6 ounce (150g) cream cheese
- 3 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 3/4 c. granulated sugar
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 ounce (50g) grated lowfat milk chocolate

- Place the cream cheese into a mixing bowl and beat till soft and smooth.
- Slowly add in the sugar and then beat in the lowfat sour cream followed by the double
- (heavy) cream. Add in the vanilla extract and lemon juice and mix till thick and smooth. Cover and refrigeratein the refrigerator for 2-3 hrs. Take the chilled mix and beat till creamy then transfer the complete mix into an ice cream maker and follow the manufacturer's instructions.
