Brown hamburger, in a pan, drain. Add the butter to the same pan add carrots, celery and onion cook till tender. Add the hamburger and the Bear creek creamy soup mix with the amount of water on the package follow cooking directions on the package. When almost done add the cheese cook till cheese is melted.
