- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- 2 tbs grated Parmesan or Romano cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/8 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tbs finely diced sun dried tomatoes
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- Wine Sauce:
- 1 cup dry white wine
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced onion
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
