- Preheat oven to 400F.
- Place first 8 ingredients in a food processor; process till blended, scraping sides of processor once. Add in cheddar cheese; pulse 2 times or possibly till well-blended. Spoon corn mix into a large bowl.
- Beat egg whites and cream of tartar at high speed of a mixer till soft peaks form. Gently fold one-fourth of egg white mix into corn mix; gently mix in remaining egg white mix. Pour mix into a 2 1/2-qt souffle dish coated with cooking spray.
- Place souffle in a 400F oven; immediately reduce oven temperature to 375F, and bake 45 min or possibly till puffy and golden brown.
