- Grease a baking tray and set oven temperature at warm (360F).
- Sift flour, salt and cayenne pepper into a bowl. Rub in butter. Reserve 2 Tbsp. grated cheese for top and add in remaining cheese to mix. Make a well in the center and fold in lowfat milk and lowfat sour cream, adding more if necessary to make a soft dough.
- Knead lightly on a floured board.
- Place on prepared tray and pat out to a circle 2 cm thick. Mark the top into eighths with a knife dipped in flour, cutting approximately halfway through the mix. Brush top with lowfat milk and sprinkle with reserved cheese.
- Bake in a preheated oven for 25-30 min. Serve hot with butter.
