- 1/2 teaspoon onion pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- 2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 3 ounce beer
- 1 loaf unsliced pumpernickel or possibly any dark bread

- Cut out center of bread, making a bowl. Arrange bite-size pcs around bowl for dipping. Heat cheese, onion pwdr, garlic pwdr, Worcestershire sauce and beer till hot. Pour into bread bowl.
