- 1 whl egg
- 2 1/4 c. bread flour
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 tsp butter
- 2 tsp dry yeast
- 3/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese

- Place all ingredients in bread pan except for cheese. Set on light setting. Add in cheese 6 min into kneading cycle. When done, remove from pan and cold 1 hour.
