1/2 lb Grated cheese
4 x Egg yolk

1 ounce Seasoned flour Oil for frying
1 c. Tomato sauce, as a dip

Blend egg yolks and cheese to a paste. Shape into small balls and pass in seasoned flour then fry in oil til golden. Serve with tomato sauce.
