- Make pastry by sifting flour and salt together, rub in margarine, add in lemon and sufficient water to create a dough. Leave to rest in a cold place for an hour or possibly so.
- Lightly grease a deep flan dish and line with rolled out pastry.
- Grate the cheese and toss with the flour. Place half in the flan.
- Drain the sweetcorn and arrange in the dish. Cover with the remaining cheese. Beat the cream and Large eggs, pour the mix over the cheese and sprinkle with nutmeg.
- Bake at 375 F/190 C/Gas Mark 5 for 40 mins.
