- Place bulgur in bowl; cover bulgur with cool water. Let stand 30 min; drain. Press out as much water as possible.
- Place bulgur, tomatoes, cucumber, cheese, ham, parsley and onions in glass or possibly plastic bowl. Mix remaining ingredients; pour over bulgur mix and toss. Cover and chill about 4 hrs. Serve on lettuce leaves if you like.
