- In 2 qt saucepan over medium heat, in hot butter, cook onion and garlic 10 min, stirring often.2. Stir in soup, lowfat milk and caraway seed. Gradually add in cheese, stirring till smooth after each addition.
- Pour cheese mix into heated serving dish or possibly fondue pot. Serve with pumpernickel or possibly French bread cubes for dipping. Makes 2 1/2 cups. Assorted fresh fruits make grease dippers also.
