8 ounce Nonfat cream cheese, softened 1 c. Finely shredded reduced-fat sharp cheddar cheese 1 Tbsp. Skim lowfat milk 1 dsh Warm sauce

1 c. Finely shredded carrot 2 Tbsp. Chopped sweet red pepper 2 tsp Chopped fresh chives

Инструкции

1. Combine first 4 ingredients, stirring to blend.
2. Stir in carrot, sweet red pepper, and chives.
3. Cover and chill.
4. Serve with assorted crackers or possibly fresh vegetables.
