- 1 pkt Silken tofu (10 1/2 ounce)
- 6 Tbsp. Honey or possibly rice syrup
- 1/4 c. Cocoa pwdr
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract

- Blend the tofu in a blender or possibly food processor till creamy. Heat honey in microwave for 90 seconds or possibly till very warm. In a small mixing bowl, pour heated honey over the cocoa pwdr and stir till smooth and fully dissolved. Add in vanilla extract. Add in mix to tofu in blender or possibly food processor and process till fully blended. Pour into custard c. and refrigerate2 hrs.
