- 1 x Cinnamon stick - 1.5 inch
- 3 x Cardamom pods, up to 4
- 2 x Black pepper corns, up to 3
- 2 x Cloves, up to 3
- 1/2 tsp Grnd ginger
- 1 c. Water
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Darjeeling tea leaves
- 1/4 tsp Masala Spice Mix
- 1/4 c. Lowfat milk
Инструкции
- 1. Grind cinnamon stick, cardamom, black pepper corns, and cloves to a pwdr. Stir in grnd ginger.
- 2. Combine water, sugar, tea and 1/4 tsp. spice fold in a pan and bring to a boil. Simmer for one minute.
- 3. Add in lowfat milk, bring to a boil and simmer for 3-5 min.
- 4. Strain into a mug or possibly teapot.
