Ингредиенты

  • 1 lb Raw Yellow Fin tuna
  • 1 lb Bay scallops
  • 2 lb Orange Roughy
  • 2 med Jalapeno chile pepper, seeded & fin minced
  • 2 med Serrano pepper, seeded & fin minced
  • 1 x Red, green, and yellow bell peppers, seeded & finely minced
  • 1 pkt Sun Dry tomatoes, thinly sliced
  • 5 x Cloves garlic, crushed & fin minced (use 2 different types of garlic)
  • 5 sprg each cilantro and parsley, finely minced
  • 2 Tbsp. Fresh grnd black pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. Sea salt
  • 1/2 c. Good extra virgin olive oil Juice of 15 to 20 limes

Инструкции

  1. Thinly slice tuna and Orange Roughy and put in a clean ceramic crock. Add in all of the other ingredients and mix well. Cover fish with lime juice.
  2. Cover crock with cheese cloth and chill for 24 hrs. Serve with cool Irish beer and Italian bread.
