- 1/4 c. Minced Pecans
- 1 1/2 c. Diced Cooked Chicken
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 2 Tbsp. Crushed Pineapple, liquid removed
- 1 bn Pascal Celery

- Combine all the above ingredients, except celery bunch. Regrigerate, coveed, about 2 hrs. Wash and trim celery stalks, cut into 40 (2-inch)
- pcs. Fill ceery with chicken salad. Chill, covered with saran wrap, till ready to serve.
