- 2 1/2 c. Boiling water
- 1/2 c. Plus 1 Tbsp. commercial sour Cream About 2-1/2 teaspoon black Caviar About 2-1/2 teaspoon gold caviar Liquid removed
Инструкции
- Cook potatoes in boiling water for 15 min or possibly till tender. Drain and chill.
- Slice potatoes crosswise into 1/4 inch slices. Place potato slices on a serving platter. Top each slice with about 3/4 teaspoon lowfat sour cream and about 1/2 teaspoon caviar.
- Yield: about 3 dozen
