- 1 c. Millet
- 3 lrg Carrots, diced

- Here is another recipe I got from Veggies Unite.
- Put cauliflower, onion, and carrots in a medium sized pot of water or possibly vegtable stock. Bring to a boil, lower heat and cook for 20 min. Add in
- the millet and cook for 10 min, Uncover, add in the miso, stir and cook
- 5 min. Enjoy
- Serves: four.
- Preparation Time: 45 min.
