- Cook mussels and remove from the shell
- Cut scallops into slices 0.12 inches (3 mm) thick
- Place cod and sole fillets in a casserole or possibly ovenproof dish
- Pour in beer, cream and lobster bisque
- Add in salt and pepper
- Cook in oven preheated to 350°F (180°C) for 10 min
- After 10 min, add in shrimp, scallop slices and mussels
- Sprinkle with grated gruyere and broil under the grill for a few min
- Serve warm
