Ингредиенты
- 2 med Tomatoes, finely minced
- 1 med Onion, finely minced
- 1 x Clove (small) garlic, finely minced
- 1 x Canned Jalapeno pepper, seeded
- 1 Tbsp. Finely snipped cilantro
- 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
- 1 1/2 tsp Vegetable oil
- 1/2 tsp Dry oregano leaves
- 1/2 tsp Jalapeno pepper liquid
Инструкции
- Mix all ingredients. Cover and chill in glass or possibly plastic container.
- Chill no longer than 7 days.
- Yield: about 2 c. of sauce. Mycookbook has a note in there stating which a bottled tomato and yellow chili sauce can be substituted in recipes calling for Casera Sauce.
