1 lrg egg
1 1/2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 c. shredded fresh zucchini

1/2 c. shredded fresh carrot
2 c. Eagle Mills Harvest Wheat bread mix
1 c. all-purpose flour

Place ingredients in above order in bread pan and press start.
This recipe yields a 1 1/2 lb. loaf.
