Ингредиенты

  • 4 Tbsp. Butter
  • 3 Tbsp. Flour
  • 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1/2 c. Grated cheese
  • 3 x Large eggs, separated
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 dsh Cayenne pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. Grated onion
  • 1/2 c. Mashed, cooked carrots

Инструкции

  1. Make white sauce from butter, flour & lowfat milk. Add in seasonings, onion, cheese, carrots & well beaten egg yolks. Cold & mix in stiffly beaten egg whites.
  2. Bake in buttered baking dish at 325 till hard in center & brown on top, about30 min.
