- 1/2 c. Browm Sugar
- 1 c. Shortening
- 1 x Egg
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 1/4 c. Flour
- 1 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 1/2 c. Grated Carrots
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
Инструкции
- Cream together brown sugar and shortening. Then add in all remaining ingredients and mix. Pour into 6 c. ring mold. Bake for 45 min at 350 degrees.
