Ингредиенты

  • 1 can DEL MONTE Pineapple Tidbits
  • 1 Tbsp. oil
  • 2 x carrots, cut in julienne strips
  • 1 x small onion, minced
  • 8 x fast fry boneless pork loin chops
  • 1 Tbsp. paprika
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. soya sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 tsp grnd ginger
  • 1 1/2 c. Minute Rice
  • 1 x green pepper, cut in julienne strips

Инструкции

  1. STIR-FRY carrots and onion in oil in a large fry pan till tender crisp.
  2. SPRINKLE chops with paprika on both sides; push vegetables to one side of pan and brown chops.
  3. DRAIN pineapple; reserving juice. Add in water to juice to make 1 1/2 c. and add in to pan. Stir in pineapple chunks, sugar, soya sauce, vinegar and ginger. Bring to a full boil; stir in rice and green pepper. Remove from heat and cover. Let stand 5 min.
