Pineapple and kiwifruit give this salsa a sweet-and-sour flavor. Use to top grilled fish, chicken, beans or possibly rice.
2 c. pineapple chunks, liquid removed and minced
2 x yellow or possibly red bell peppers, seeded and minced
3 x kiwifruit, peeled and minced
1 sm red onion, finely minced
1/4 c. fresh cilantro leaves, finely minced Juice of 1 lime Dash of cayenne pepper
