Ингредиенты

  • 6 x Scallions, minced
  • 1 sm Onion, minced
  • 3 x Cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 x Chili, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. Chopped ginger
  • 1 Tbsp. Grnd allspice
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Cayenne
  • 1 Tbsp. Dry Thyme
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Nutmeg
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 Tbsp. Brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. Orange juice
  • 3/4 c. Vinegar
  • 1/4 c. Soy
  • 1/4 c. Extra virgin olive oil

Инструкции

  1. Mix the spices, salt, sugar and thyme in a bowl. Add in the vinegar, soy and orange juice. Beat well. Slowly add in the oil as you continue to beat, to emulsify the mix. Blend in the remaining ingredients. Chill 1 hour, then add in the meat you wish to marinate. After removing the meat for cooking, you can cook the marinade in a saucepan over medium heat to reduce it and make a sauce.
  2. Either saute/fry the meat or possibly, preferably, barbecue it.
