- 1/2 c. Fresh lime juice
- 2/3 c. Canned cream of coconut
- 1 Tbsp. Curry pwdr
- 1/4 tsp Cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 c. Chopped green onion
- 2 lb Fresh shrimp, shelled & deveined
Инструкции
- Combine first 6 ingredients and mix well. Place shrimp on skewers.
- Brush sauce on shrimp while grilling till done, about 3 min per side. Serve with remaining sauce.
- Yield: 4 to 6 servings. Chicken canbe substituted for shrimp.
