Ingredients: 1 3/4 c. Sifted all purpose flour; 1/2 tsp Baking pwdr; 3/4 tsp Powdered cardamon; 1/2 c. Butter; 1/2 c. Sugar; 1 x Egg; 2 tsp Vanilla; 1/2 c. Finely minced almonds Blanched almond halfs

Ингредиенты

1 3/4 c. Sifted all purpose flour
1/2 tsp Baking pwdr
3/4 tsp Powdered cardamon
1/2 c. Butter
1/2 c. Sugar
1 x Egg
2 tsp Vanilla
1/2 c. Finely minced almonds Blanched almond halfs

Инструкции

Sift flour, baking pwdr and cardamon together.
Cream butter, add in sugar gradually. Cream well. Add in egg and vanilla. Add in dry ingredients and minced almonds. Blend.
Roll 3/8 inch thick on floured canvas. Cut with small (1 1/2 inch) cookie cutter.
Place almond half in center of each cookie.
Place on greased cookie sheets.
Bake in preheated 350 degrees oven 12 - 15 min.
Makes 5 1/2 doz 1 1/2 inch cookies
