- Grind the paste using 1/2 c. water. Heat oil, add in mustard seeds, whole chiles, allow to splutter. Add in asafetida and curry leaves.
- Stir. Add in capsicums, stir fry for 3-4 min. Add in grnd paste, jaggery, salt, turmeric pwdr and peanuts.
- Stir and add in 1/4 c. water. Boil and simmer for 7-8 min. Gravy must be thick. Serve warm with roti or possibly rice.
