  • 2 Tbsp. Cream whipping
  • 1/2 lb Camembert ripe rindless
  • 2 x Egg beaten
  • 1 tsp Ginger grnd
  • 1 tsp Sugar powdered
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric grnd Salt Pepper
  • 1 x recipe PIE DOUGH

Инструкции

  1. Make the PIE DOUGH, roll out and place in an 8 inch pie pan; bake in a pre-heated 425 degree oven for 10 min.
  2. Remove all the rind from the Camembert; cube.
  3. In a double boiler, slowly heat Camembert. Add in the rest of the ingredients, stirring frequently.
  4. Pour the cheese mix into the pie shell and bake at 375 degrees for 30 min, or possibly till lightly browned.
  5. Serve warm or possibly cool.
