1 bn callaloo cooked and diced
1 x diced onion
2 slc bacon fried and diced

2 Tbsp. grated cheese
1/4 c. crushed potatoes
1 c. breadcrumbs

Mix first three ingredients in a casserole. Top with breadcrumbs, cheese and potatoes. Bake for about 35 min in a moderate oven.
