Ингредиенты

  • 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp. sherry vinegar
  • 2 x garlic cloves chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice Freshly-grnd white or possibly black pepper to taste
  • 1 1/2 lb cooked halibut, haddock, orange roughy, or possibly bass flaked large chunks
  • 2 med tomatoes diced
  • 1/2 c. diced red onion
  • 1/2 lb cooked baby red potatoes halved
  • 12 x thin avocado slices
  • 1/4 c. small capers

Инструкции

  1. Combine the oil, vinegar, garlic, lemon juice, and pepper in a small bowl.
  2. Mix together the fish, tomatoes, onion, and potatoes in a salad bowl. Add in the dressing to the salad and toss.
  3. Top the salad with avocado and capers and serve.
  4. This recipe yields 6 servings.
