- 1 sm hard-ripe mango diced fine, (abt 2/3 c.)
- 6 lrg strawberries diced fine
- 1/2 c. finely-diced fresh pineapple
- 1/2 tsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 pt super-premium vanilla frzn yogurt

- In a bowl, crush raspberries coarsely with sugar and let stand 5 min. Stir in ginger, mango, strawberries, pineapple, and vinegar. Scoop frzn yogurt into 4 sundae dishes and spoon salsa over it.
