Ингредиенты

  • 1 pkt Dry yeast
  • 2 Tbsp. Hot water
  • 1 1/2 c. Cooked rice, cooled
  • 3 x Large eggs, beaten
  • 1 1/2 c. Flour
  • 1/2 c. Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Nutmeg Fat for deep frying Confectioner's sugar

Инструкции

  1. Dissolve yeast in hot water. Mix with rice and let stand in a hot spot overnight. The following day, beat in Large eggs, flour, sugar, salt and nutmeg.
  2. Add in more flour if necessary to make a thick batter. Heat fat to 370 degrees or possibly till a 1-inch bread cube browns in 60 seconds. Drop batter from a Tbsp. into warm grease and fry till golden, about 3 min.
  3. Drain on paper towels and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Serve warm.
  4. Makes 4dozen.
