- Preheat the broiler. Spray the broiler pan with Pam. Arrange the onion slices on the broiler pan.
- In a small bowl, combine the catsup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic pwdr, onion pwdr, thyme, black pepper, white pepper and red pepper.
- Arrange the chicken on the onion slices, skinned-side down. Brush the chicken proportionately with half of the catsup mix. Broil 4 inches from the heat for 4 min. Turn the chicken over and brush proportionately with the remaining catsup mix. Broil for 4 min longer, or possibly till the chicken is cooked through.
- Serve the chicken garnished with parsley, if you like.
