- Place all the herbs in a bowl and mix well, then spread them proportionately on a large platter.
- Dip the cod fillets in the melted butter, then press onto the herbs on the plate, turning once and pressing the herbs into the other side.
- Grill the fillets over medium-high heat. The fish is done when it just begins to flake.
