- Take a bowl, mix cabbage, onions, green chillies and greens together with hand.
- 2.Now add salt, red chilli powder , garam masala and mix well untill the cabbage leaves water.
- Now add atta and rub till it resembles like bread crumbs.
- Now add some water , knead the dough till smooth .
- Add one table spoon of oil to the dough and mix again , keep aside for half an hour.
- Divide the dough to 10 portions... roll out into round and thick rotis.
- 7.Heat a pan and cook roti's on a medium flame and brush them with ghee or oil and cook the other side.
- Serve hot with some Ketchup or some chillied curd !
