2 c. brown sugar 3 x eggy yokes 3 tsp lowfat milk 2 tsp butter

1 c. raisins or possibly more if you like 1 c. minced nut meats 1/2 c. coconut 1 tsp vanilla

Инструкции

1. Mix the sugar, butter, egg yokes and lowfat milk well add in fruit and nuts, drop in pastry lined tart tins
2. makes about 18 tarts
3. bake at 350 for 10 minutes or possibly till crust turns brown
