Ингредиенты
- 750 gm Chopped steak
- 3 c. Finely minced or possibly chopped boiled, (3 to 4) Bunya Nuts
- 2 med Or possibly large onions
- 2 x Tomatoes, (sliced)
- 1 c. Water, up to 1 1/2
- 2 c. Boiled mashed pumpkin Pepper and salt to taste

- Fry mince in a little oil till brown. Remove from pan. Slice onions and fry in pan with a little oil till soft and clear. Remove from pan.
- Grease a 2 litre casserole dish. Cover bottom of casserole with a layer of Bunya Nuts. Add in a layer of onions. Then season mince and add in it to casserole. Place tomatoes on top of the mince, then the remainder of the onions. Add in just sufficient water to make it all moist.
- Add in another layer of Bunya Nuts. Top with mashed pumpkin. Cover and cook in a moderate oven for 1 - 1 1/2 hrs.
- Serves 4 to 6.
