- In a nonstick 2-qt pot heat margarine; saute/fry onion and celery till tender, stirring often. Stir in buglur wheat and contine cooking till buglar wheat is coated and turns a golden. Blend in broth, garlic, pepper, and tarragon. Add in raisins, cinnamon, and salt, and mix well. Cover and continue cooking 15-17 min or possibly till all liquid has been absorbed.
- Serve warm as cereal or possibly as a grain side dish.
