- 1 c. buckwheat flour
- 1 tsp baking pwdr
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 x egg, well beaten
- 1 c. sour lowfat milk
- 1 Tbsp. butter, melted
Инструкции
- Sift flour once, measure, add in baking pwdr, sugar, soda and salt, and sift again.
- Combine egg and lowfat milk and add in to flour. Stir only till smooth.
- Add in butter.
- Bake on warm, well-greased griddle.
- Serve warm with Log Cabin Syrup.
