- Cook the brussel sprouts, covered in boiling salted water till tender, about 10 min. Drain. Keep hot.
- Heat the butter in small saucepan and brown the pecans; don't let them burn.
- Remove from heat, add in the brown sugar, and stir to dissolve.
- Pour the pecans mix over the brussel sprouts and serve.
